The Creative Power of Words
By ~ Angie Schuyler
Since many of us are consciously working to create a new reality, it is very important that we use all of our manifestation tools with absolute awareness.
When we think, speak, or especially when we write, it is wise to choose words which hold forth the highest, most positive vibrations possible. I stress the writing part, because the written word is more permanent and has the potential to be read over and over; each time lending more energy to the manifestation process. I suggest that we go to the dictionary and thesaurus often, so that we are sure of the true meanings of the words we use. Each word holds a particular vibration, which is released into our collective consciousness with each use. It pays to make sure that the words you choose have positive meaning.
Our language has been twisted on us. The powers that were, know of the power of words and they have worked diligently to confuse us into using words that work toward creating the negative reality; rather than the positive one we are attempting to create. They like to use the power of words to program us. Words are all around us, invading our awareness, from every direction, whether we like it or not. If we go about life, unaware of their power, then we are subject to negative programing and unable to counteract it; as well as more likely to misuse them ourselves. We may, inadvertently, play on their team, if we take this subject lightly. Awareness, allows us to consciously choose which words we allow to influence us and how to productively use them for the highest good of all.
I also think it is important, when you are deliberately using words for the purpose of manifesting, that you think, speak and write in positive, present-tense.
For instance, let’s say you are writing an affirmation. “Someday, I will own a ranch in Montana!” While the idea is great there is not much chance that this affirmation will bring you what you are trying to manifest because you have placed it, forever, in the future by saying “someday” and “will”. An effective affirmation would be written “I am owning a ranch in Montana!”.
My husband argues with me, on this point. He says that this feels like he’s lying to himself.
I get that. I felt the same way when I first started doing this. Now, after multiple successful manifestations, I got over it.
If you have a hard time with it at first, try thinking of it as telling a story that has already happened.
I have become hyperaware of all the programing we are bombarded with and have been paying close attention to it, especially in the lyrics to the music I grew up with.
WOW!
It is no wonder that we are all so timid and afraid and confused…. so easily controlled. They have had us under a spell!
Yes!
I am referring to a magical spell. We have all been hypnotized into enslavement!
Are you ready to be done with it, yet? I sure am!
GOOD!
Let’s break the spell and start investing our energy into manifesting a peaceful abundant world for ALL!
This spell is rendered ineffective, simply, by a choice to be aware and to re-educate ourselves on the true meanings of the words we use!
Here’s an affirmation to use for breaking the spell:
I am absolutely aware, in every single moment of now, of the words that creep into my consciousness and I effectively and naturally embrace only the ones that raise the vibrational level of the Universe. All words or ideas, which are intentionally negative or false, are eliminated from my consciousness, my thoughts and my vocabulary.
SO IT IS!
